30-Day Return Policy

At Rimshaz Store, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Items cannot be returned if:

• They are damaged due to misuse
• The return request is made after 30 days

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Rimshaz Store will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Rimshaz Store within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
